  1.      What countries do we ship to?

For now, we deliver orders to Spain (mainland and Balearic Isles) and Portugal. You should ask for the conditions through email for shipping to other areas.

 

  1.      Stock replenishment

When a product is out of the online stock, we will have a replenishment lead time of 2 weeks, which will be informed during the purchase. If the replenishment of the product is not foreseen in at least 15 days, it will stop being available for your purchase. When receiving stock, it will turn available again.

In the event of supply incidences or stock-outs, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and he/she will be offered an alternate product for the same or lower price or he/she will get a refund of the amount paid for such products.

 

  1.      How do I sign up for Wear and Fun’s newsletter?

If you want to receive information from both our brand and the online store, you should enter your email in the section “Newsletter”.

If you want to unsubscribe from the service, please access “My account”, as long as you are registered in the website, and request the termination of the newsletter sending service.

 

  1.      How can I change my password?

If you are already registered in the online store and you do not remember your personal access password, you only have to request a new one in the section “Log in”. You will receive an email to the email address that you registered explaining the steps to go ahead.

 

  1.      Where can I see my order status?

If you have placed an order online and you want to get to know its status, go to the section “My account”, then “My orders” and you will see the tracking of all your purchases.

 

  1.      Can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the moment of the reception to arrange the return. For a proper return, the product must have the original packing, be unused, in perfect condition and keep the labels and/or accessories. If these conditions are not met, the return of the product will not be accepted nor will the money be refunded.

When wear and Fun receives a returned product it checks that the conditions of return are met and go ahead with the refund of the money. The shipping costs are strictly and exclusively born by the Customer. The shipping fees will be only refunded when the return is motivated by the shipping of a defective or wrong product.

At Wear and Fun we always check carefully the quality of our products, but we do not take responsibility for their misuse once bought.

  1.      What should I do if I find a defective or wrong product?

If you have receive a product in bad condition or it does not correspond with the one you ordered, please send an email to hola@wearandfun.com including the information regarding the order you got with such product. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible in order to solve this incidence.
